RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for the Qorvo TQL9093 ultra low noise amplifier featuring flat gain. Capable of operation from 600 to 4200 MHz, the TQL9093 is optimized for wireless infrastructure applications spanning 1500 to 4000 MHz and offers >19 dB of gain +/-0.5 dB over this span.

Midband OIP3 is 41.5 dBm while noise figure is as low as 0.54 dB. The TQL9093 has adjustable bias with a standard bias rating of 120 mA from a 5 V supply. A 1.8 V TTL shutdown control offers improved system performance.

Qorvo offers this LNA in a 2 x 2 mm DFN.
