RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for Qorvo’s TGA2595-CP, a 27.5 to 31GHz gallium nitride (GaN) power amplifier serving VSAT  and SatCom applications.

The TGA2595-CP offers 8 W of Psat power with a PAE of 22%. Small signal gain is >25 dB. A balanced configuration supports low return loss and improves robustness into non-ideal loads.

Drawing 560 mA from a 20 V supply, the Qorvo TGA2595-CP comes in a copper based, flange package.
