Low Silhouette Rubidium Frequency Standard
The model FE-5680A rubidium frequency standard offers a low silhouette of less than 1". The unit serves as a replacement for precision quartz where stringent height requirements and high stability are needed, such as in communications and timing applications. Additional features include stability over temperature to 5 x 10-11, fast warm up of less than five minutes, stability to 5 x 10-12/÷t_ and to 2 x 10-10/year. The unit is available at any frequency from 1 Hz to 20 MHz.

Weatherproof S-band Transmitter
The model CHC29218-250/5650 class C power amplifier system operates over the 2025 to 2120 MHz National Aeronautics and Space Administration frequency band with 250 W (min) output power. The system is circulator protected and is housed in two weatherproof NEMA enclosures (each measuring 25" x 24" x 12") for direct mounting to an outdoor antenna. Operating temperature is from 0° to +50°C with 100 percent condensing humidity. An RF input level of 0 dBm is required for full power output. A low power mode (25 W) is also selectable locally. Prime operating voltage is 120 V AC, single phase 50/60 Hz.

4.8 - 125 MHz 16-pin OCXO
The 220 series 16-pin dip OCXO is available with an AT- or SC-cut crystal and is housed in a hermetically sealed package that measures 0.975" x 0.800" x 0.500". The OCXO is designed for use in applications with space-restrictive environments requiring low power consumption. The unit offers a thermal stability of 1.0E-08 over a -30° to +70°C temperature range, warms up in less than five minutes and consumes less than 0.8 W at +25°C. Phase noise at 1 Hz offset is -95 dBc/Hz with a noise floor of -155 dBc/Hz.

5350 - 5750 MHz VCO
The model MFC5350A VCO generates signals in the frequency band of 5350 to 5750 MHz and offers good linearity within its 1 to 4 V DC tuning characteristics. Average tuning sensitivity is 200 MHz per volt and phase noise at 100 kHz offset from the carrier is typically better than -97 dBc/Hz. The output signal level is +9.5 dBm (typ) while operating with +10 V and less than 45 mA of current consumption. The VCO is housed in an industry-standard 0.50" x 0.50" x 0.22" RFI-shielded package and is designed to withstand standard automated temperature reflow profiles.
