Qorvo’s TGL2616-SM 5 bit accuracy offers an attenuation range of 23.25 dB. RMS step error is <0.3 dB while RMS attenuation error is <0.6 dB. Input IP3 for Qorvo’s digital step attenuator is rated at >36 dBm.

Along with the TGL2616-SM packaged as a 4 x 4 mm QFN, Qorvo offers the TGL2616 as a DIE version of this device. Vc is 5V / 0V for the TGL2616-SM while the TGL2616 Vc is 3V / 0V.
