Anaren hires new vice president of human resources

Anaren Inc., a world leader in high-frequency technology deployed in space, defense, wireless infrastructure and Internet of Things (IoT) applications, announced that it has named Diane E. Moore as the company’s new vice president of human resources, effective June 29, 2015.

Larry Sala, Anaren president and CEO stated, “Diane’s extensive experience in employee relations, managing benefit design and administration, merger and acquisition integration, and both employee and organization development will make her a valuable team member given our current growth and operational goals. We enthusiastically welcome her to our management team and look forward to her many contributions to Anaren’s success.”

Moore has over 20 years of human resource management experience. Most recently, she was vice president of human resources for New York Air Brake, where she headed the HR function for six locations and was a member of its strategic leadership committee. Prior to that, Ms. Moore worked at Carthage Area Hospital, King & King Architects, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Utica/Water. She holds a master’s in human resource management and a master’s in business administration, both earned at the University of Maryland. She also holds a senior professional human resources certification (SPHR) from the society of human resource managers and a certified employee benefits (CEB) certifications.
