Located in Fredericksburg, Va., Colonial Assembly & Design has a 30-year legacy of outstanding performance as a prime contractor for electronics systems design and manufacturing for the Department of Defense and in the commercial aviation sectors.
The acquisition provides tremendous synergy with Zentech’s established customer set in the DOD and military C4ISR (Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance) sectors while also providing enhanced engineering, product design, circuit design, machining, over-molded cable assembly and wire harnessing capabilities to the Zentech portfolio.

As previously announced, New Spring Mezzanine, the dedicated mezzanine fund of New Spring Capital, has provided a combination of mezzanine debt and equity financingto Zentech Manufacturing. The proceeds of the transaction are being used to provide capital for the future growth of the company.
