RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for the TGA2624-CP, 9 to 10 GHz power amplifier from TriQuint (Qorvo). The TGA2624-CPoffers 16 W of saturated output power with 27 dB of gain and can be used in both pulsed and CW operation for marine and weather radar applications.

Capable of operating from a 28 V bias with 365 mA of quiescent current, the TGA2624-CP comes in a copper base package measuring 15.2 x 15.2 mm for superior thermal management.
