RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a 1 W (30.5 dBm) Psat amplifier covering radar and satcom applications from 16 to 18 GHz. The TGA2621 is fabricated using Qorvo’s TQPHT15 GaAs technology.
The TGA2621 can be used as a general purpose amplifier drawing 400 mA from a 6 V supply. PAE for the TGA2621 is 28% while small signal gain is 26.5 dB. Qorvo offers this amplifier as a 2 x 2.5 mm DIE. Qorvo is the new company name for the merger of TriQuint and RFMD.
