RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for the TQP9107 from Qorvo, the new company name for the merger of TriQuint and RFMD.

With two stages of amplification, the TQP9107 offers 35.5 dB of gain with 31.4 dBm output power. Covering 700 to 960 MHz, the Qorvo TQP9107 serves small cell and repeater applications, DAS and booster amp applications for bands 5, 8, 12 and 13. Power added efficiency is rated at 31% with OIP3 of 46 dBm.

Packaged in a 3.5 x 4.5 mm SMT, this internally matched amp draws 84mA from a 4.3 V supply.
