PCB Prototyping System
The ProtoMat 91s/HS PCB prototyping system produces PCBs with trace edges and holes that are within 0.02 mils (5 mm) of design position. Tool change is quicker and easier with the incorporation of a lever tool release and a collect mechanism. These features allow tools to be changed with the flip of an arm rather than using a wrench. Repeat accuracy is 0.02 mils or 5 mm. The system has a variable-speed motor that operates from 12,000 to 33,000 RPMs, reducing the rough edges on traces and holes that can cause problems at high frequencies. Motor speed is adjusted automatically for the tool under software control, which increases tool life and optimizes milling and drilling. Delivery: 30 days (ARO). Price: $9990.
