Tunnel Diode Detector Assemblies
The DTN2040 series microwave detector assemblies are designed with tunnel diodes that provide temperature stability without any bias requirement. Tangential sensitivity is typically –52 dBm with a voltage sensitivity of 1000 mV/mW over a 2 to 4 GHz frequency bandwidth. The detectors can be provided with SMA/SMB connectors or as modules for surface-mount configuration. Additional hermetically sealed and drop-in package styles are available for different frequency bandwidth.
