Nujira Ltd. has appointed William Tse as field application engineer manager (FAE) in China. He will focus on supporting customers in China and Taiwan, an increasingly important market for envelope tracking driven by the growth of LTE networks, including FDD and TDD variants in the region. Tests by Nujira have shown that you can achieve a 40 percent saving in energy-per-bit with ET when transmitting on TD-LTE.
Tse will also work closely with industry bodies and operators as they make important decisions about the use of Envelope Tracking in their networks. He will also be helping to build upon Nujira’s existing relationships with chipset, PA, and test equipment partners across the region and participate in industry events and seminars. With strong connections in the Greater China RF community, his appointment further highlights the growing customer demand across Asia Pacific, as well as Nujira’s expanding base of operations throughout the region.
Tse has an extensive track record in field application, with previous experience at global technology brands Huawei, Richardson Electronics and Scintera. Working across both engineering and management, he has delivered RF consultancy and technical support to both back-end technology providers as well as brand-name electronics suppliers.
