Millimeter Wave Guide Balanced Mixers

Tunable RF Filters

Digitally Controlled BPSK Modulator
Model M1D-48N-2 is a digitally controlled PIN diode BPSK modulator that operates from 2 to 6 GHz with a phase shift of 180º. The amplitude balance is ±0.5 dB with a phase vs. frequency of ±5.0º.
