Model SFA-903983418-10KF-N1 is a W band X4 active multiplier with center frequency at 94 GHz with minimum ±4 GHz operational bandwidth. The active multiplier converts 22.5 to 24.5 GHz/+5 dBm input signal to +18 dBm output power in the frequency range of 90 to 98 GHz.

The active multiplier has better than -25 dBc harmonic suppression. It draws 820 mA current from a +10 Vdc DC power supply. The active multiplier is equipped with a K(F) connector as its input connector and a standard WR-10 waveguide and UG387/U-M flange as its output connector.
