Model SFA-743843516-12SF-N1 is an E band X5 active multiplier with center frequency at 79 GHz with minimum ± 5 GHz operational bandwidth. The active multiplier is designed and fabricated for emerging automotive ACC radar industry applications. The active multiplier converts 14.8 to 16.8 GHz/+5 dBm input signal to deliver 74 to 84 GHz frequency band with more than +16 dBm power.

The active multiplier exhibits better than 40 dBc superior harmonic suppression performance. It draws 420 mA current from a single positive DC power supplier in the range of +8 to +15 Vdc. The active multiplier is equipped with an SMA (F) connector as its input connector and a standard WR-12 waveguide and UG387/U flange as its output connector.
