Model SBP-7438433012-1212-S1 is an E band power amplifier with center frequency at 79 GHz with ± 5 GHz operation bandwidth. The amplifier is designed and fabricated for emerging automotive ACC radar industry applications. The amplifier exhibits more than 30dB small signal gain with ± 3 dB gain flatness.

The output power of the amplifier is +15 dBm typical and it draws 420 mA current from a single positive DC supplier in the voltage range of +8 to +15 Volts.
