Sub10 Systems, the UK-based innovator and manufacturer of high speed wireless data communications links, confirmed a new distribution partnership with Horsebridge Network Systems, a UK-based international network and security infrastructure supplier.
Under the terms of the agreement, Horsebridge will supply Sub10’s full range of wireless Ethernet links to its international customer base of fixed and mobile telecoms operators, government and military organisations, transport and utility bodies and ‘blue-light’ services.
Sub10 ‘s range of high speed wireless data links are designed to deliver line-of sight connections using millimetre-waveband radio (MMW) over distances of up to one kilometre. The compact links, smaller than an iPad, are designed for use in urban locations and are considered to be a key backhaul component in the city centre deployment of next generation mobile communications networks. The company’s longer-range E-Band links are designed to extend coverage into urban and rural locations.
Announcing the partnership, Frank Pauer, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer of Sub10 Systems said: “We believe that Horsebridge are a natural fit partner for our full range of wireless Ethernet links. Our carrier-grade links include our patent-pending ‘snapback’ technology which will deliver world-class synchronisation and quality of connection for all of Horsebridge’s public and private network customers.”
For Horsebridge, Geoff Smith, Managing Director said: “Sub10’s links are plainly leading the market with their innovative and breakthrough technology. We will now be offering the full Sub10 range to our network of customers in more than 120 countries from our offices in the UK, UAE, Kenya and Malaysia.”
