The HMC680LP4E is a high linearity, CMOS/ TTL compatible digitally controlled variable gain amplifier (DVGA) which operates from 30 to 400 MHz, and can be programmed to provide from -4 dB to 19 dB of gain, in 1 dB steps. The HMC680LP4E is housed in a 4x4 mm QFN leadless package and delivers noise figure of 5 dB in its maximum gain state, with output IP3 of up to +40 dBm in any state.
The HMC681LP5E is a highly integrated, serially controlled DVGA which operates from DC to 1 GHz, and can be programmed to provide from 13.5 dB, to 45 dB of gain, in 0.5 dB steps. Housed in a 5x5 mm QFN leadless package, the HMC681LP5E delivers a noise figure of 2.8 dB in its maximum gain state, with output IP3 of up to +36 dBm in any state.
This same functionality is also available with parallel control inputs as the HMC626LP5E.
