The VFFT401 is a Frequency Translator that accepts an input frequency from 100MHz to 800MHz and provides an LVPECL output frequency from 400MHz to 1.5GHz. Up to four input and output combinations are possible based on predetermined frequency select inputs. A lock detect output signal indicates an “out of lock” condition. The VFFT401 is available in a 19.5mm x 17.0mm surface mount package.
