M/A-COM Tech nears the top of the list
Lowell, MA – November 5, 2009 – M/A-COM Technology Solutions Inc. (M/A-COM Tech), a leading supplier of semiconductors, active and passive components and subassemblies for radio frequency (RF), microwave and millimeter wave applications, announced today that it has been listed among the top 25 largest semiconductor manufacturers in New England, based on number of employees.
