M/A-COM Technology Solutions offers single and dual-sided RFID portals for freestanding and wall mounted applications. The company’s fully integrated portals include antennas, readers, status lights, power management and computer interface, which allow retailers to automatically track deliveries throughout the supply chain lifecycle.

M/A-COM Technology Solutions offers rugged floor-mounted RFID Portals encompassing up to four mono-static circularly polarized antennas with integrated cabling that can accommodate all of the leading brands of RFID readers. A galvanized steel frame, in conjunction with a high-strength thermoformed radome, gives M/A-COM Technology Solutions’ RFID Portal a structurally rigid frame while maintaining a sleek, low weight, low profile look. A front access panel to power outlets, reset switch and the reader make service easy. Multi-sided conduit connections, a full length electrical box and heavy duty mounting feet reduce system installation costs.
Industry-leading antenna performance generates the highest read rates for demanding packaging types and tag configurations. The U.S. RFID Portals operate in the 902-928 MHz frequency range. Companion Portals are available for European and Asian frequency bands.
