The M/A-COM Tech Broadband Voltage Variable Attenuator is designed for applications that require high dynamic range linearity. The RoHS compliant QFN package is compatible with 260o reflow temperatures and has an MSL 1 rating. The MTTF is >1,000,000 hours over the full operating temperature range of -40 to +85oC
M/A-COM Tech: Point to Point Voltage Controlled Oscillators: MAOC-009259-PKG003 through MAOC-009270-PKG003
The M/A-COM Tech Point-to-Point Voltage Controlled Oscillator product line is an InGaP HBT- based voltage controlled oscillator designed for frequency generation without the need for external matching components. The VCO is easily integrated into a phase lock loop using the divide–by-two output. The extremely low phase noise makes these parts ideal for many radio applications including high capacity digital radios.
The 5 mm PQFN package has a lead-free finish that is RoHS compliant and compatible with 260o reflow temperature. The package also features a low lead inductance and an excellent thermal path. The MTTF is >1,000,000 hours over -40 to 85oC.
