HOPKINTON, MA, May 29, 2008 ‐ Valpey Fisher Corporation introduces the VFJA910 and VFJA911 jitter attenuators, integrated clock/PLL timing solutions for 1GigE synchronous Ethernet applications.

The VFJA910 provides two LVCMOS outputs and the VFJA911 has an LVPECL output – both with a frequency of 25MHz. With less than 0.4 dBc of jitter peaking the devices allow for cascading multiple stages within the network.

A select input allows the user to switch from the external input reference to a free‐run mode. In free‐run mode, the devices output a 25 MHz clock that is not locked to the input reference frequency. Operating with a +3.3 volt power supply the VFJA910 typically consumes 120mW and the VFJA911 typically consumes 135mW. Both devices are available in a 15.0mm x 13.0 mm surface mount package and are RoHS 6/6 compliant.

Valpey Fisher Corporation also provides 10GigE solutions for synchronous Ethernet applications. Please visit our website at www.valpeyfisher.com for more details.
