High power and linearity are the most critical specifications for 802.16 (WiMax) or MESH applications. These are high power switches which maximize system linearity performance while reducing the DC Power consumption and accelerating the switching and settling speed to meet more stringent system requirements.

The MASW-007587 (DPDT) is designed to operate from DC – 4.0 GHz with P1dB of 40 dBm, low typical insertion loss of 1.0 dB, and high isolation of 30 dB. Typical applications include two antenna solutions requiring diversity switching in Linear Systems that connect the receiver and transmitter to both antennas.

The MASW-007588 (SPDT) is designed to operate from DC – 6.0 GHz with P1dB of 40 dBm, low typical insertion loss of 0.7 dB, and high isolation of 29 dB. Typical applications include single antenna for Transmit/Receive switching in Linear Systems.
