Herley Industries Inc. announced that Herley Lancaster has recently been awarded an order for more than $1 M by the Japanese Ministry of Defense. This award is for the supply of high performance antennas to be installed in reconnaissance fighter aircraft operated by the Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF).

Howard Eckstein, Sr. VP and President of Herley's Lancaster Division, commented, "Herley continues its plan for targeted growth in the international defense market, and we are very pleased to have been selected to provide this equipment for the fighter jets of the JASDF."
