Mercury Systems Inc., announced that it received a $10.8 million follow-on order against its 5 year sole source basic ordering agreement (BOA) to deliver advanced Digital RF Memory (DRFM) jammers to the U.S. Navy. The order was received in the Company's fiscal 2017 second quarter and is expected to be shipped over the next several quarters.

Harris Corp. has received an $88 million order to supply electronic jammers for U.S. Navy F/A-18 Hornet and Super Hornet aircraft. The jammers protect the Navy jets from sophisticated electronic threats, including modern integrated air defense systems. The order was received during the third quarter of Harris’ fiscal 2016.

Mercury Systems Inc., announced that its Mercury Defense Systems (MDS) subsidiary was awarded a firm-fixed-price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) time and material contract worth up to $41.8 million to deliver 200 advanced miniaturized Digital RF Memory modulators (Mini DRFM) to the U.S. Navy.

Raytheon Co. has been selected by Lockheed Martin Aeronautics to provide its Advanced Countermeasure Electronic System (ACES) for the second group of Iraq's F-16IQ aircraft ordered this year. ACES was also selected by Lockheed Martin in 2012 for the first group of F-16IQs and is the integrated electronic warfare system of choice for other international air forces.

ITT Exelis successfully completed the 33-month technology maturation phase of the U.S. Navy's Next Generation Jammer program. Installed on the U.S. Navy's EA-18G electronic attack aircraft, the Next Generation Jammer will allow U.S. forces to defeat integrated air defense systems.
