Operating over a 13 to 18 GHz bandwidth, the TGA2598-SM delivers 2W of saturated output power with 20 dB large signal gain and > 25 percent power added efficiency.
Infineon Technologies AG announced the set-up of its second factory in Wuxi, China on the occasion of its 20th anniversary of operation in China. The new factory is scheduled for rollout at the end of 2016. It comprises a total investment of nearly USD 300 million, engaging an area of 36,000 square meters.
