Linear Technology introduces the LTC5564H, a high temperature grade RF Schottky peak power detector that operates from 600 MHz to 15 GHz, and has ultrafast detection response time of 7ns from a pulsed RF signal. The device has an on-chip fast latchable comparator with a total detection and propagation delay of 9 ns.

Hunter Technology Corp. announced its acquisition of the equipment and inventory assets of Spectral Response LLC (Lawrenceville, GA), an EMS supplier providing a broad range of product design and manufacturing solutions to electronics and RF OEM customers. Linear Technology Corp.'s LTC3607 is a high efficiency, 2.25 MHz synchronous dual output buck regulator that incorporates a peak current mode architecture. It can deliver up to 600 mA of continuous output current from each channel at output voltages as low as 0.6V from a 3 mm x 3 mm QFN or a thermally enhanced MSOP-16 package. The LTC3607 accommodates an input voltage range of 4.5 V to 15 V, making it suitable for dual cell Li-Ion applications as well as 5 V and 12 V intermediate bus systems.
