Pat Hindle, Media Director
Pat Hindle is media director for Microwave Journal® and has been with the magazine for 12 years. He parlayed his process engineering background into a management role in marketing communications for several leading microwave semiconductor manufacturers including MACOM, Raytheon and Skyworks (Alpha Industries), in addition to working at MIT Nanostructures Laboratory manufacturing X-ray diffraction gratings for space research telescopes like Chandra. He has a B.S. in Materials Science Engineering from Cornell University and MBA from Northeastern University. In his current role as MWJ editorial director, he is responsible for setting MWJ’s editorial direction and developing marketing opportunities for industry clients. He has been the conference manager for EDI CON China and helped launch Signal Integrity™ Journal plus co-hosts the Frequency Matters videos and podcasts.

Blake Bearden, Defense Account Manager
Blake Bearden is the current Defense Account Manager at Fortify, where he spearheads government programs, as well as manages defense and military accounts and projects. Before Fortify, he spent a decade working for Lockheed Martin’s Advanced Development Programs, building and integrating RF/electromagnetic hardware onto airborne platforms. From early technology development to flying hardware in the field, he has had the opportunity to be a part of a wide range of applications and efforts at both Fortify and Lockheed.

Tim Fountain, Global Market Segment Manager RADAR & EW
Tim is the Global Market Segment Manager at Rohde & Schwarz, where he is responsible for the RADAR & Electronic Warfare segment. Tim has over 30 years of experience with market leaders in the Test & Measurement industry, focusing on RF and microwave applications in Aerospace & Defense. He started his professional life as an applications engineer and has also had roles in R&D, product planning, product marketing and business development. Tim holds a Masters Degree in Electrical and Electronic engineering from University of Hertfordshire in the UK. He is also certified as a chartered professional engineer in Europe. In his spare time Tim likes to fly, and is an instrument rated private pilot.

C.J. Reddy, Vice President Business Development, Electromagnetics – Americas
C.J. Reddy is Vice President, Business Development-Electromagnetics for Americas at Altair. Dr. Reddy was awarded the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC) of Canada Visiting Fellowship to work at Communications Research Center in Ottawa during 1991-1993 and was awarded the US National Research Council (NRC) Resident Research Associateship in 1993 to work at NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia. While conducting research at NASA Langley, he developed various computational codes for electromagnetics and received a Certificate of Recognition from NASA for development of a hybrid Finite Element Method/Method of Moments/Geometrical Theory of Diffraction code for cavity backed aperture antenna analysis. He also worked as Research Professor at Hampton University from 1995 to 2000. Dr. Reddy was the President of Applied EM, Inc (2000-2017) where he led several Phase I and Phase II SBIR projects for the DoD and NASA. He was also the President of EM Software & Systems (USA) Inc (2002-2014) and led the marketing of the EM Simulation tool, Feko in North America. EM Software & Systems (USA) Inc was acquired by Altair in 2014.
Dr. Reddy is a Fellow of IEEE, Fellow of ACES (Applied Computational Electromagnetics Society) and a Fellow of AMTA (Antenna Measurement Techniques Association). Dr. Reddy was awarded Distinguished Alumni Professional Achievement Award by his alma mater, National Institute of Technology (NIT), Warangal, India in 2015. Dr. Reddy is a co-author of the book, “Antenna Analysis and Design Using FEKO Electromagnetic Simulation Software,” published in June 2014 by SciTech Publishing (now part of IET). Dr. Reddy was elected as a member of AMTA Board of Directors for a three-year term starting Jan 2020 and served as the Technical Coordinator for AMTA 2020 and AMTA 2021 Conferences as well as the President in 2022 and served as the immediate Past President of AMTA in 2023. Dr. Reddy served on ACES Board of Directors from 2006 to 2012 and again from 2015 to 2018. Dr. Reddy is serving on the ACES Board of Directors for the term (2023-2026) and is currently the Vice President of ACES. He was the General Chair of ACES 2011 and ACES 2015 conferences as well as the Host of AMTA 2018 Conference. Dr. Reddy served as an Associate Editor for IEEE Open Journal of Antennas of Propagation and IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation. Dr. Reddy served as a judge on IEEE Fellows Committee for the terms 2020-2021 and 2022-2023. He serves as the Chair of IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society (AP-S) Young Professionals Committee and got elected to the AP-S AdCom to serve a three-year term 2023-2025. Dr. Reddy is inducted into IEEE Heritage Circle by the IEEE Foundation for establishing the "IEEE AP-S CJ Reddy Travel Grant for Graduate Students."

Brian Kimball, Sr. Principal Systems Architect Engineer
Brian Kimball is a systems architect in the Advanced Concepts group at Mercury Systems, bringing more than 25 years of experience in RF, mixed signal, and digital processing design for defense applications. Mr. Kimball's key proficiencies center on end-to-end EW, ISR, comms, and radar architectures for various platforms across the airborne, ground, surface, subsurface, and space domains.

Patrick Webb, Director of RADAR Business Development and Strategy
Patrick Webb is the Director of Business Development and Strategy at CAES by Honeywell. He is responsible for military RADAR solutions for land, air, sea and space. CAES by Honeywell is advancing the technologies in modern military RADARs throughout the entire RF signal chain. This includes designing and manufacturing high-performance, low SWAPc electronics and modules, and state-of-the-art antennas as well as being a leading manufacturing partner of critical assemblies on numerous platforms. Prior to CAES by Honeywell, Patrick held multiple roles at Ball Aerospace and National Instruments. Patrick holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from St. Mary’s University of San Antonio, Texas and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
