Abstract:
Switching plays a large and expanding role in diverse applications across the world. Many aerospace, defense, and space equipment suppliers are developing innovative electronic solutions for mission-critical sea, air, and space deployments. The growing demand for low SWaP-C solutions with better reliability and performance has resulted in the development of advanced switches with enhanced packaging. Signals and data are now coming closer together: high-performance switching solutions with better efficiency, lower loss, higher linearity and power, stable thermal performance, and reduced cost continue to drive the need for an IDEAL switch.
Presenter Bio:
Ian Burke joined Menlo's Application Engineering team in the summer of 2018 and has played an integral role during his tenure in leading EVK development, customer applications, and RF designs with a focus on filter development. Ian has extensive experience in the international RF and wireless infrastructure markets and with space applications. Ian has a Master's degree in Microwaves and Opto-electronics from The University of London.
