Asif Anwar, Executive Director - PBCS & EVS
Asif Anwar is a 20 year plus veteran analyst at Strategy Analytics, and transferred over to the Global Automotive Practice team in 2019. His current focus at Strategy Analytics is on supporting the automotive industry through the Powertrain, Body, Safety & Chassis (PBCS) and Electric Vehicles Service (EVS) coverage at Strategy Analytics, providing thought leadership and analysis at the system, semiconductor and sensor levels, as well as looking at the broader whole value chain and tracking emerging opportunities.
With a career that spans both engineering and marketing roles in the metals, minerals and electronics industries, Asif has been providing insights and analysis in the advanced electronics markets for over 20 years, covering wireless networks, fiber optic networks, millimeter wave communications, radar, EW and optoelectronic applications. After nearly two decades of immersion in the field, Asif is an acknowledged expert and thought leader in the compound semiconductor industry.
A member of the IEEE (including AESS, MTTS and ComSoc) as well as the IChemE, Asif graduated from the University of Teesside, UK in 1993 with a B.Eng Honours degree in Chemical Engineering, before doing Ph.D research on fatty acids.

Brian Woods, Vice President - EM Solutions
Brian Woods received the B.Eng. and Msc.Eng. degrees in Electronic Engineering from the University of Stellenbosch in 2002. Following his studies, Mr. Woods worked in various research and industry roles, focusing on radar applications, antenna design, general computational-electromagnetics and technical software development processes.
Mr Woods co-founded Magus Pty (Ltd) in 2007 where he served as Director and Development Manager, responsible for the development of the product Antenna Magus. In 2020, Mr Woods joined Altair Engineering, Inc as the Senior Program Manager – EM Solutions.
Anritsu
Adnan Khan, Technology and Market Development Director
Adnan Khan has spent over twenty years of his career in the wireless industry working with operators, chipset vendors, network infrastructure vendors, consumer electronics/handset manufacturers, and test equipment vendors, in Senior Technical and Management roles. He currently heads the Technology and Market Development team at Anritsu and manages the strategic direction for Anritsu’s family of wireless and wireline products. His broad knowledgebase spans across different wireless technologies including Cellular, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and NFC. He is a frequent speaker at multiple wireless conferences and industry events and has authored several articles in wireless technology journals. Adnan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and currently resides in Texas.

Daniel Nauth, Director of Business Development
As Director of Business Development at Uhnder, Daniel Nauth is responsible for engagements at top automotive OEM and Tier 1 suppliers. Daniel leverages his customer and industry insights to help shape the future of mobility and next generation ADAS / ADS implementations.
Daniel joined Uhnder in 2022 with more than 15 years of experience in design, applications support, sales, and business development in the microelectronics industry. Daniel most recently served for ten years at Analog Devices (ADI) on the field applications engineering team and in sales management, supporting customers in automotive, aerospace and defense, medical, and industrial markets. Prior to ADI, Daniel gained experience in mixed-signal design for the communications test industry.
Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Butler University.
