CPI has added a new solid-state power amplifier (SSPA) to its wide range of innovative products for defence, electronic warfare and radar applications.

The PTXM9754 is an ultra compact modular Microwave Power Module with an integrated “Super Mini” Travelling Wave Tube (TWT), a solid state preamplifier and an optimized high density switch mode power supply to produce a single “drop-in” microwave amplifier block.

The VSX3617 solid state transmitter is designed for use in radar applications and covers the 9.0 to 10.0 GHz frequency band.

CPI high voltage power supplies are compact, high altitude compliant, and airborne qualified.

CPI VPC3475A magnetron transmitter is developed as a fully integrated magnetron system operating up to 320 kW peak power. 

VKX-8253A is an electromagnet focused, 9.3 GHz klystron which has demonstrated peak power of 5.5 MW with 18 kW average, at an RF pulse width of 9 μs.

VMC3109 magnetron delivers high peak and average RF power for use in medical or industrial applications.

VSX3696 is a 1.8 kW X-band solid state power amplifier optimized for pulse radars and is rugged, reliable, and easy to maintain.
