The RFS5900A-LF is a fully integrated synthesizer operating at 5900 MHz which is phase locked to a 10 MHz reference with a stability of ±2.5 ppm. This low cost PLL features a typical phase noise of -80 dBc/Hz, -85 dBc/Hz, and -103 dBc/Hz at the 1 kHz, 10 kHz and 100 kHz offsets, respectively.

Z-Communications Inc. announces a RoHS compliant voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) model CLV1625B-LF. The CLV1625B-LF operates at 1445 to 1820 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 2 to 25 Vdc.
