Keysight Technologies Inc. introduced two photovoltaic array simulators, the N8937APV and N8957APV, to help engineers develop, verify and maximize the performance of inverter maximum power point tracking algorithms and circuits. Engineers can use the Keysight N8937APV and N8957APV photovoltaic array (PV) simulators in a laboratory or on a manufacturing line to simulate the output characteristics of a real-world photovoltaic array.

The new reference solution is designed for accelerating advanced research of millimeter-wave 5G channel models and includes ultra-broadband and MIMO, key requirements to measure the millimeter-wave channel and validate new air interface standards.
Keysight Technologies Inc. announced the availability of its Method of Implementation (MOI) guide for PCIe 3.0 Transmitter/Receiver (Tx/Rx) Impedance and Return Loss Tests (Hot TDR/RL) using the ENA Series network analyzer’s enhanced time domain analysis option (E5071C-TDR). The guide details procedures for time and frequency domain measurements and is used with a test package, such as Keysight’s state file, to simplify compliance testing and setup.
Keysight Technologies Inc. introduced a ball grid array interposer solution for testing DDR4 x 16 dynamic random access memory designs with a logic analyzer. Engineers can quickly and accurately capture address and command signals, and a subset of data signals, for debugging designs and performing functional validation measurements for data rates up to 2,400 Mb/s. The W4636A BGA is the world’s smallest DDR4 x16 BGA interposer solution for use with a logic analyzer.
