RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a DOCSIS 3.1 compliant return path amplifier. The Qorvo QPB3321 is an HBT, single-ended, RF amplifier IC operating from 5 to 210 MHz. Designed to provide a low noise, high gain option, it uses an 8 V power supply to provide lower overall power dissipation.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for an integrated Edge QAM amplifier module from Qorvo. The RFAM3620 employs GaAs pHEMT die, GaAs MESFET die, a 20 dB range variable attenuator and a power enable feature.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a 75 ohm digital step attenuator (DSA). The Qorvo QPC3614 offers 6-bits of attenuation with 0.5 dB LSB step size providing 31.5 dB of attenuation range from 5 to 1500 MHz.

RFMW Ltd. announces support for dipole antennas with integrated internal bandpass filtering. The Southwest Antennas’ 1001-139 includes a 3-pole, bandpass filter to reduce interference from co-located radios operating outside the antenna’s 2.1 to 2.5 GHz operational frequency range.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for Smiths Interconnect “Outrigger” resistors. The CRH04091005F is a 100 ohm resistor capable of handling 1 W CW and up to 10 W of pulsed RF power yet measures only 1.02 x 2.29 mm. 

RFMW Ltd. announces support for a balanced amplifier module with embedded hybrid couplers. The Qorvo QPA9807 offers single ended input and output ports with very good return loss and incorporates and enable pin to shut down the amplifier for improved receive sensitivity.
