Agilent Technologies Inc. announced that the Agilent EEsof EDA W1462 SystemVue FPGA Architect now supports on-board FPGA design and simulation with the Agilent M9703A AXIe wideband digital receiver/digitizer.

 Agilent Technologies Inc. announced several innovations for the 2014 release of its industry-leading suite of device modeling and characterization software tools. The suite comprises Agilent EEsof EDA’s Integrated Circuits Characterization and Analysis Program (IC-CAP), Model Builder Program (MBP), and Model Quality Assurance (MQA). 

 Using the electromagnetic (EM) simulation tool, CST STUDIO SUITE®, Kymeta Corp. designs a novel range of lightweight portable antennas for mobile satellite communications. 

 Vista Research, a subsidiary of Raven Aerostar, has been awarded an operations and maintenance contract for the upgrade and replacement of currently-fielded radar systems in support of the U.S. Army's Persistent Ground Surveillance Systems (PGSS) Program. The firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract has been awarded for $8,381,917 and details an expected completion timeline of December 2014.
