 Anritsu Co. introduces functionality for its BTS Master™ MT8220T base station analyzer that allows field engineers and technicians to conduct highly accurate and efficient LTE-Advanced Carrier Aggregation (CA) measurements during network deployment and maintenance.  

 ABI Research estimates that 676 million 4G LTE handsets will be shipped in 2015, growing 204 million units from 2014. Furthermore, ABI Research estimates that the total number of LTE connected devices shipped worldwide will exceed 1.89 billion units by end 2019, demonstrating the need for infrastructure and spectrum to support the stellar growth in the industry. 

Keysight Technologies Inc. announced it co-hosted a 5G and millimeter-Wave (mmWave) workshop with Kwangwoon University Radio Research Center, Seoul, South Korea. The 5G event, held in October, was the first co-hosted event in the region with over 190 in attendance.
