Mercury Systems, Inc., a leading provider of affordable, commercially developed, open sensor processing systems and services for critical commercial, defense and intelligence applications, announced that, effective November 17, 2014, Michael Ruppert will be joining the company as senior vice president, strategy and corporate development, reporting to Mercury’s president and chief executive officer, Mark Aslett. Mr. Ruppert will be responsible for Mercury’s corporate development activities, including strategy, planning and mergers and acquisitions.
