Custom MMIC, a developer of performance-driven monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICs), is introducing a new online, easy-to-use, cascade analysis calculator that lets you choose between input or output specifications for each component in your system.
Linear Technology Corp. announces the LT8697, a 2.5 A, 42 V input capable synchronous step-down switching regulator designed to power 5 V USB applications. The LT8697 delivers precise 5 V regulation at a remote USB port using programmable cable drop compensation to accurately correct the voltage drop from a long connecting cable regardless of variations in load current. The LT8697’s forced continuous operation enables the LT8697 to sink current, maintaining full frequency operation at zero load, further enhancing accurate 5V regulation during load transients.
Linear Technology Corp.'s LTC3607 is a high efficiency, 2.25 MHz synchronous dual output buck regulator that incorporates a peak current mode architecture. It can deliver up to 600 mA of continuous output current from each channel at output voltages as low as 0.6V from a 3 mm x 3 mm QFN or a thermally enhanced MSOP-16 package. The LTC3607 accommodates an input voltage range of 4.5 V to 15 V, making it suitable for dual cell Li-Ion applications as well as 5 V and 12 V intermediate bus systems.
Linear Technology announces the LTC3330, a complete regulating energy harvesting solution that delivers up to 50mA of continuous output current to extend battery life when harvestable energy is available. The LTC3330 requires no supply current from the battery when providing regulated power to the load from harvested energy and only 750nA operating when powered from the battery under no-load conditions.
Crane Aerospace & Electronics announced the introduction of a new, down-leaded version of its Interpoint MFP Series Point of Load (POL) converters. This new version, available in both flanged and non-flanged packages, is a single output 16 watt dc-dc converter providing output voltages from 0.64 to 3.5 V from a source voltage of 3 to 6 V with up to 90 percent efficiency.
Nujira Ltd. has unveiled its newest Coolteq.L ET power supply modulator chip for LTE handsets. Nujira's NCT-L1300 delivers the best ET modulator performance on the market across all key metrics: system efficiency, noise, bandwidth, linearity and RF output power.
TriQuint Semiconductor Inc., a leading RF solutions supplier and technology innovator, released its new gallium nitride (GaN) integrated power doubler with superior performance for fast-growing CATV infrastructure.
Custom MMIC, (www.CustomMMIC.com), a developer of performance-driven monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICs), has added a new low noise amplifier, the CMD185P3, to its expanding line of standard amplifier products.
Linear Technology announces the LTC3639, a 150V input-capable synchronous buck converter that delivers up to 100mA of continuous output current. It operates from an input voltage range of 4.5V to 150V, eliminating the need for an external transient suspension device. The LTC3639 utilizes internal synchronous rectification and a programmable peak current-mode design to optimize efficiency over a broad range of output currents.
Custom MMIC, a developer of performance-driven monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICs), has added four new amplifiers in die form to its product family: the CMD164, 165, and 173 distributed amplifiers, and the CMD166 driver amplifier.
