These days it is more important than ever to maintain your job and recruit quickly for critical technical positions. Microwave Journal has therefore created a new careers section (within the Resources tab) and added a new industry focused career web site to our listings. We are now partnering with RFJobsToday.com along with continuing our long relationship with ElectromagneticCareers.com. These two web site focus specifically on jobs in our indsutry unlike the large job sites like Monster.com or CareerBuilder.com. Both are great resources for finding a job or filling a position.
Microwave Journal has also created the RF and Microwave Community on LinkedIn where you can network, find job openings, recruit, view news, participate in discussions or exchange ideas. Below is what our new Careers section looks like within the Resources tab:
