Empower's BBM3K5KKO high-power super broadband amplifier module covers 500 to 2500 MHz at 50 dB of gain and 100 W output power. The module is very compact at 10 inches long and one inch thick, and uses GaN devices that provide high gain, excellent efficiency and extended bandwidth.

The module has recently been updated with a new sequence regulator to help ease integration of the amplifier into customer equipment and designs, and further ruggedizes the on-board devices against failure.

A precision fully-machined housing ensures long-term viability of the amplifier for integration into all types of land, sea and airborne applications.
