TestMart, a marketplace operator and service provider for the test and measurement industry, announced an agreement with Graphtec America Inc., a manufacturer of precision recording and measuring instruments. The deal provides the US government and federal contractors a marketplace with special pricing on intelligent recording instruments and data acquisition systems.

TestMart is authorized to offer a special series of Graphtec America portable arraycorders and data platforms, data loggers, pen recorders, and various data acquisition and analysis software. These products are used by industries--like aerospace, automotive, medical and pharmaceutical--in need of long-term data collection. The special-priced equipment is available to those who qualify under a set of General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedules (MAS).

“Adding Graphtec America products to TestMart’s GSA catalog provides the federal marketplace access to more extensive affordable, high quality products and saves taxpayer money,” said Peter Ostrow, president and CEO of TestMart. “The agreement is a centralized, cost-effective way for government users to search and procure from the most respected brands compliant with the federal Competition in Contracting Act (CICA).” “TestMart provides our government users with a more effective way to procure Graphtec products,” said Jacob Berenfeld, national sales manager of Graphtec America. “The agreement improves our current federal customer relationships which increases visibility for new customers.”

The products are under General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) managed by TestMart, who will provide content, transaction, marketing, sales support and reporting services around them. TestMart will provide presentation and order processing though the GSA’s e-commerce web site, www.gsaadvantage.gov, and the company’s own on-line marketplace, www.testmart.com.
