The Harmonix Division of Terabeam Corp. (Terabeam/HXI) announces the availability of several products targeting V-band communications applications. The products, covering 55 to 65 GHz, include a low noise amplifier (LNA), power amplifier, x4 multiplier and balanced mixer, all currently available in two to four weeks in low to moderate quantities.
