Johanson Technology Inc. (JTI), an industry leader in ceramic passive components for RF and microwave, announced the 3500FB39A0050 WiMAX filter balun for the mobile WiMAX market (802.16e).
This 50:50 balun and bandpass filter integrated passive component covers the 3.4 to 3.6 GHz band. The part is pin compatible with the 2345FB39A0050 (covering the 2.30 to 2.39 GHz band) introduced earlier this year. Both units offer outstanding performance in cost-effective LTCC technology and come in a 2.5 x 2.0 x 1.1 mm package. Detailed specifications are available upon request.
