Advance Reproductions Corp., a leader in high technology imaging services, announced the installation of a Barco Silverwriter Phoenix P Laser Photoplotter.
The Silverwriter's features include a 40,000 dpi resolution, a repeatability factor of 0.08 mil and an overall accuracy of < 0.16 mil. The system images onto 7 mil polyester film from 18" x 24" up to 29" x 32". According to Michael DeBruyckere, vice president of operations, "The Silverwriter allows the company to better address the needs of its printed circuit, flex circuit, chemical milling and R&D clients by providing the latest in state-of-the-art phototooling solutions."
