GroupUp.net, the free site that makes on-line group networking easy, has announced the posting of a new page: www.microwives.com. This GroupUp.net page has been created for Microwave industry professionals and their families and friends to make connections and share tips on travel and events related to industry trade shows, such as MTT-S in Honolulu, HI, June 3-8, 2007, or European Microwave in Munich, Germany, October 8-12, 2007. Anyone can sign up and meet other people in the business who might be looking for things to do before, during, and after the show. Some initial links have been assembled, but as the group builds so too will the information. Both microwave industry professionals and their spouses and friends are encouraged to sign up, describe what they're looking to do, and contact others. Marketing professionals can also send along their public corporate promo events for posting and distribution as well.
