By opting into any Horizon House Publications Inc. (referred to herein as “HHP”) text messaging program, you expressly consent to receive text messages that may be sent using an automated text service by HHP at the cell phone number you provided. You consent to receive transactional, operational, or informational text messages at that phone number provided, including but not limited to subscription reminders, promotions, and publication notifications at standard-rate one-off (1msg/request, 10 messages per month max). Message and data rates may apply. You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program to make any purchases of goods or services and your consent is not a condition of purchase.
By opting into HHP’s text messaging program or by otherwise providing your cell phone number to HHP, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. You further warrant that you are the current subscriber or authorized user of the phone number you have provided. You agree that you will not initiate messages to the mobile phone of any other person or entity without authorization.
