ReliaSat Limited has withdrawn from the process of acquiring Arralis Technologies Limited.

Effective terms could not be agreed upon and there is no possibility of renegotiation in the future. Both companies have decided to go separate ways.

ReliaSat operates in the U.K. and has a range of microwave products with applications in communications, satellite and radar.

Arralis Technologies is undergoing a restructure process, it continues to concentrate on E-Band automotive products, W Band low power radar modules and 5G WIFI repeaters.
