Tabor Electronics announced their Global Research and Development (R&D) Centre has opened in India, located at Ahmedabad, the Heritage City of India. The Global R&D Centre will focus on the software development activities for complete product ranges of Tabor Instruments.
The grand opening of this facility took place on April 23, 2023. The office has been inaugurated by Nilesh Desai, a distinguished scientist and director of the Space Applications Centre, a leading center of the Indian Space Research Organization, Tabor Electronics President and CEO Ron Glazer, CRO Paul Nurflus and India General Manager Nikhil Mitaliya.
During the inaugural function, Desai took a tour of the completed facilities and witnessed the developmental stage of Proteus Arbitrary Waveform Transceivers and Lucid family RF signal generators. He expressed motivational words to the team of India and have wished Tabor Electronics a great success. Apart from this there were also discussions about technological development and how India is progressing under “Make In India.”
The new facility provides innovative software solutions to support customers across the globe. The center will strengthen R&D activities on their strategic solutions around different aerospace and defense, wireless communication and quantum computing areas.
