Microwave Vision Group (MVG), a leader in antenna measurement and radar and RCS testing solutions, has acquired Singularis Solutions, an electro-mechanical engineering firm based in Philadelphia which specializes in design, integration, manufacturing and testing of complex systems.

The two companies had collaborated on several projects over the years which not only supported the decision well, but also led to a quick and smooth acquisition process. Final agreements were signed in October.

This acquisition reflects MVG's momentum and ambition for growth in the North American aerospace and defense sector.

“We are excited about this opportunity as part of MVG and we look forward to developing the growth path we see as we bring new energy to the company,” said Zack Pelli, co-founder of Singularis.

“The integration of Singularis into MVG strengthens our American project teams and follows the recent award of two major contracts valued at more than $57 million in this area,” explained Philippe Garreau, MVG president.

He added, “We are proud to welcome Zack and his dynamic teams to MVG and wish them every success within the MVG group.”
